✨ Job Responsibilities

  • Resolve operational tickets efficiently in accordance with SOPs and provided training.

  • Cross-check reports to ensure accuracy and consistency of information.

  • Utilize system backend knowledge effectively in daily job tasks.

  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as needed to resolve customer tickets.

  • Proactively ask questions and learn when encountering tasks or problems that are unclear.

  • Maintain teamwork, provide guidance and support to CASA BPO colleagues, and contribute to problem-solving.

 

✅ Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management, Operations or a related field.

  • Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Familiarity with browser extensions and basic troubleshooting is a plus.

  • Quick learner, flexible, inquisitive, and analytical.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Shows initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail.

  • Professional attitude, strong work ethics, and respect for authority.

  • Good communication skills, emotional maturity, and team-oriented mindset.

  • Applicants must be 30 years old or below; exceptions may be considered based on skills and potential, subject to senior management approval
