✨ Job Responsibilities

Resolve operational tickets efficiently in accordance with SOPs and provided training.

Cross-check reports to ensure accuracy and consistency of information.

Utilize system backend knowledge effectively in daily job tasks.

Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as needed to resolve customer tickets.

Proactively ask questions and learn when encountering tasks or problems that are unclear.

Maintain teamwork, provide guidance and support to CASA BPO colleagues, and contribute to problem-solving.
✅ Job Requirements

Degree in Business Management, Operations or a related field.

Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Familiarity with browser extensions and basic troubleshooting is a plus.

Quick learner, flexible, inquisitive, and analytical.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Shows initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Professional attitude, strong work ethics, and respect for authority.

Good communication skills, emotional maturity, and team-oriented mindset.
