Minimum HSC / High School Diploma.

Basic skills in English & Bengali (speaking and writing).

Computer knowledge (typing, email, online tools).

Age: 22 – 26 years old.

Positive mindset, disciplined, and ready to follow instructions.
-
Strong communication, empathy, problem-solving, adaptability.
-
Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
-
Must have own laptop/PC + headphones + private room (for online pre-training).
-
Willing to relocate to Colombo, Sri Lanka.
-
Able to work 8–9 hours daily, 6 days a week (weekly day off).
-
Must be flexible for shift rotation (morning, afternoon, night).

Degree in Business Management, Operations or a related field.

Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Familiarity with browser extensions and basic troubleshooting is a plus.

Quick learner, flexible, inquisitive, and analytical.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-
Shows initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail.
-
Professional attitude, strong work ethics, and respect for authority.

Good communication skills, emotional maturity, and team-oriented mindset.
